UVET has launched a UV LED light source UVSN-4P2 with UV output of 12W/cm2 and a curing area of 125x20mm. This lamp has a wide range of applications and many advantages in the field of flatbed printing, which can bring high quality and efficient printing results. UVET works with a flatbed printer that specialises in printing custom gift boxes and product packaging. Prior to working with UVET, the customer was experiencing problems with long ink curing times and inconsistent print quality when printing custom gift boxes. To solve these problems, UVET introduced a compact UV curing lamp with UV output of 12W/cm2 and a curing area of 125x20mm.
The UVSN-4P2 curing lamp utilises UV LED technology to rapidly cure ink in a short time, significantly reducing curing time. This allows our customer to complete jobs faster, increasing productivity while reducing waiting time and waste.
In addition, by using the UVSN-4P2 UV LED light sources, our customer can achieve high quality printing of CYMK images. The UV curing technology ensures accurate colour reproduction, resulting in fine, vibrant prints. At the same time, the fast curing properties of the lamps prevent prints from becoming blurred or out of focus due to ink flow or diffusion. The ink forms a smooth and even solid film as it cures, resulting in sharp lines and vibrant colours in the image.
